Working with Vacations to Remember was a wonderful experience. We did a 16 day trip to Greece and Italy with lots of planning that was beautifully executed thanks to Julie and her team. I have always planned my own trips in the past, but working with them was so helpful. I will definitely use them again. We loved the app that they created for us with all of our tours, tickets, transportation and important details for each day. We had to make some last-minute changes due to weather issues and they coordinated all of the changes. This was invaluable! They had a contact for me in Italy to assist with anything once we arrived in country which was comforting and came in handy. Julie also had several surprises for us that were above what I had expected. We had a private lunch with the winery owner’s wife in her home which was stupendous. She also coordinated a semi-private boat experience with just one other couple in Capri that was an absolute dream. Julie and her team helped us to plan the most amazing honeymoon in Italy! There is no way we could have gone on this trip without her help and guidance. She was extremely thorough and detailed in every aspect of planning and communicating during the process. I also loved the travel itinerary and app that we were provided so we could easily access our trip information and documents while traveling. Julie arranged every detail of our trip from the ground transportation to and from the airport to our hotels and train stations, our flights and hotel stays, a Mediterranean cooking class on the Amalfi Coast, and private tours of Rome (highly recommend booking a private tour guide!). She was respectful of our budget and had so much travel wisdom to offer which made us feel extremely comfortable, confident, and safe when traveling internationally. There is no way we could have planned this trip without VTR. Do yourself a favor, avoid the stress of planning, and use VTR so that all you have to do is show up and enjoy your vacation. 5-Star experience, excellent communication, easy to work with, caring, reliable, thorough, attentive to detail, knowledgeable, and affordable! Julie with Vacations to Remember is an absolute gem. She was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she was also FUN to work with - such a bonus!

I initially chose to work with Julie because she was the first travel agent I came across who promptly responded to my message, and then listened to what I was looking for in a vacation. Julie never tried to talk me out of the destination or hotel I was interested in; many other travel agents I spoke with clearly had their own agenda and wanted to talk me into their idea of a good honeymoon. Julie put my fiancé and I first.

She delivered straightforward, transparent, inclusive quotes within hours of my inquiry, all tailored to my preferences. In fact, I had reached out to a different travel agent before I found Julie, and she accomplished in hours what the original agent put together over the course of several days. She happily obliged (and did not once seem annoyed) when I would ask her to compare even the smallest changes and details.

Throughout the process of planning, booking, taking the trip, and returning, Julie was there. It seemed as though each time I was about to ask a question, she emailed me first -- she was always one step ahead of me! Despite traveling internationally during the pandemic, it was incredibly easy thanks to Julie. She did not miss a single detail and ensured I was well-informed, too.

In addition to offering general honeymoon tips (e.g. do NOT leave the day after your wedding -- Julie was right :-), and information on traveling internationally during the pandemic, she provided an extremely helpful document on traveling in general. The guidelines were so thorough and thoughtful that I could have given it to someone who has never traveled before and they would have been completely set. Simply put, she is ON TOP OF IT.

The bottom line is that Julie is trustworthy and truly made me feel well cared for, which made for the trip of a lifetime. I am so impressed with her and forever grateful to her.

When looking to book our honeymoon, we decided to get a travel agent in order to make the process smooth and take the stress off of us while planning a wedding. We had the opportunity to meet Julie and she was amazing. She booked everything for us and had everything set up without us having to worry or stress about any of it.

Fast forward to arriving in Antigua on our honeymoon- we were tired and ready to relax but upon arriving to the resort (that I requested her book for us), I was not impressed. We had several problems with checking in and it was not as it had appeared online. I quickly emailed Julie to see about an early flight home (that is how bad it was). She emailed me back within 5 minutes with a link to another resort on the island. Long story short, within 3 hours we were at another resort and extremely happy.

Our honeymoon turned out to be perfect with the help from Julie. If you are looking for THE BEST company to work with you to plan your trip, you will get excellent help from people that truly care about you and want you to have the best experience possible.
